ANTHONY WAYNE FIRST CHURCH OF GOD, 6012 South Bend Drive, will present the Northmen in concert at 6 p.m. June 9.

NEW HAVEN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 630 Lincoln Highway E., New Haven, will host GriefShare, a 13-week class for people grieving the loss of a loved one. The classes will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays, through July 24. Each session is self-contained so you do not have to attend in sequence. ST. PETER'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 518 E. DeWald St. 11 a.m. Sunday, The Rev. Charles Herman will open Germanfest with a German Mass. The Fort Wayne Mannerchor and Dammenchor will provide German hymns. After Mass a dinner of bratwurst, sauerkraut, German potato salad, kuchen and beverage will be served in the Pavilion. Cost is $7.50 for adults; $5 for children 6-12; those under 6 are free. George Berger will play German songs on his accordion during dinner.
