Northeast Indiana caucus to focus on policy issues

FORT WAYNE – Mayors and county commissioners from across northeast Indiana have scheduled a news conference to announce the formation of a new caucus, sign the founding documents and make their first public endorsement.

The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership said in a written statement that the caucus will provide a forum for caucus members to work collaboratively on policy issues to transform the economy of the region.

The news conference will be 3 p.m. June 28 in downtown Fort Wayne.
