Medical Annex open after outage

FORT WAYNE – Power has been restored to the Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health of Health’s Medical Annex at 4813 New Haven Avenue, the department announced Thursday morning.

The annex houses the department’s Immunization, Sexually Transmitted Disease and Infectious Disease clinics.

Anyone needing to schedule an appointment or to check on the status of a prior appointment in one of the clinics can call 449-7504, the announcement said.
