CBRE | Sturges announced the following transactions:

Kathy Moses-Denig represented the landlord of the Fifth Third Metro Center and the tenants in the following lease renewals: George Sistevaris, Attorney, Suites 610E&F, and Ronald Nietert, Attorney, Suite 710P, all in the Fifth Third Metro Center Executive Suites, at 202 W. Berry St.

Moses-Denig represented the tenant, Square D Co., in the lease renewal at 415 Airport North Office Park.

Alex Genova represented the landlord of Manchester Plaza and the tenant, Family Video, in the lease renewal of 7,240 square feet at 1202 Indiana 114 W., North Manchester.

Genova represented the landlord, Claude F. Smith Family Partnership, and the tenant, Tom Steele Tire West, in the lease renewal of 0.77 acre at 4544 Illinois Road.

Sperry Van Ness Parke Group announced the following transactions:

Diana Parent represented the landlord, PD Properties LLC, and the tenant, Techedge Corp., in the lease and expansion of office space at Stone Pointe Office Park, 421 E. Cook Road.

Neal Bowman represented the landlord, Leo Crossing Associates, and Bill Beard represented the tenant, Wise Guy’s Ice, in the 1,750-square-foot retail lease at Leo Crossing, 10360 Leo Road.

The Zacher Co. announced the following transactions:

Steven K. Zacher and John M. Adams represented the landlord, CV-SCE IV LLC, and Fletcher Moppert represented the tenant, Mullinix Packages Inc., in the 136,000-square-foot lease in the Coastal Commerce Center, 3405 Meyer Road.

Dan Reese and Jones Lang Lasalle represented the landlord, AT&T, in the 7,200-square-foot warehouse space lease at 2727 Lofty Drive to Prestige Tile and Stone.

Zacher and Mark Ulrich represented Grabill Bank in the sale of a 28,925-square-foot industrial building at 200 E. Vine St., Wolcottville, to Diversity 2012 LLC.

Brent L. Overholt represented the buyer, Ecos Energy LLC, and the sellers, William and Barbara Miller, in the purchase of a 20.79-acre tract of land at 120 N. Commerce Drive, Waterloo.

Reese represented the buyer, Insight CNA Training Center LLC, and the seller in the purchase of a 2,160-square-foot office building at 810 W. State Blvd.
