Lane closures set for Washington, Calhoun

The two center lanes of westbound Washington Boulevard, along with a southbound lane of Calhoun Street, will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday so Indiana Michigan Power can fix a collapsed duck bank in the intersection of Washington and Calhoun.
