The Colts acquired help for their defensive backfield Sunday.
Indianapolis announced on its website that it traded for cornerback D.J. Johnson from Philadelphia.
The Colts sent defensive tackle Ollie Ogbu to the Eagles in the trade, which will be finalized after a completed physical.

After he was released by the Redskins, Johnson joined Philadelphia’s practice squad were he remained for the 2011 season.
The Jackson State product was named a second-team All-American after his senior season, when he had five interceptions.
The 6-1, 283-pound Ogbu joined the Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2011. He was a member of the team’s practice squad last season.
