Biker crashes, suffers head injury

A Columbia City man was hospitalized in critical condition after crashing his

motorcycle Saturday evening on Indiana 205.

The Whitley County Sheriff's Department said deputies responded to a personal injury

accident about 5:20 p.m. just north of Washington Road.

The injured rider, Robert Ramey, 50, was driving south on Indiana 205 when he lost control

on a curve and was ejected from the motorcycle.

He was flown to a Fort Wayne hospital with a head injury.
