Fort Wayne Police officers were pursuing a driver and passenger after a victim was grazed by a bullet late Wednesday morning.
Police were called at 10:15 a.m. to the 1900 block of East Pettit Avenue after someone reported hearing nine shots fired, according to scanner traffic. Police found a victim who was injured and several shell casings and recovered a gun they believe was involved in the case that was thrown in the 4900 block of South Harrison Street. Police found the driver of a vehicle they say was connected to the case and were searching for a passenger who ran off, according to scanner traffic.
