Fort Wayne police have identified two people badly hurt in a motorcycle crash Wednesday evening.
Glenn Howerton, 60, and Joy Howerton, 56, both of Eureka Springs, Ark., remained hospitalized in critical condition Thursday, police said.
The crash occurred about 7 p.m. Wednesday at the interchange of Interstates 69 and 469 in north Fort Wayne.
Police believe the Howertons were heading south on I-69, and for some reason, Glenn Howerton lost control of the bike while getting on the ramp to go east on I-469.
Glenn Howerton and his passenger, Joy Howerton, were thrown from the motorcycle. Both were wearing helmets.
