A five-month multiagency drug investigation has yielded one arrest and hundreds of marijuana plants – some of which were 10 feet tall, according to police.

The Indiana State Police, the Allen County Drug Task Force and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration combined to build a case against Jason E. Bridges, 32, who has been arrested.

In April, the drug task force received a tip about a large outdoor growing operation in the Lake Everett area. While looking into that tip with the state police, it found several more growing operations.

On Saturday, the Allen County SWAT Team raided Bridges’ home in the 13200 block of Lake Everett Drive. Inside, officers found a growing operation plus 4 pounds of marijuana, according to police.

Bridges is being held in Allen County Jail without bond on felony charges of possession of marijuana and dealing marijuana.
