Saint Francis senior Austin Coleman has been selected Mid-States Football Association Special Teams Player of the Week after his sixth career kickoff return for a touchdown on Saturday in a 76-14 win over Concordia University.

Coleman's 81-yard score added to the Cougar and MSFA record he already set with four last season, five for his career. It is the fourth time that the Harding High School graduate has earned the award and the sixth time in 15 seasons a Saitn Francis special teams member has been honored.

That kickoff return also pushed Coleman up to 1,263 kick-off return yards for his career, which is third best on the list behind Cory Jacquay (1,989) and Daniel Carter (1,949). He is one kick-off score short of tying the NAIA record of seven held by two different players.
