Tickets go on sale Nov. 16 for country music star Carrie Underwood's concert April 14 at Memorial Coliseum.
But ticket prices likely will not be available until early next week, said Nathan Dennison, the coliseum's coordinator of marketing and media services.
The performance will be part of Underwood's current "The Blown Away" tour. She announced the addition of 40 new North American concert dates this morning on her website, www.carrieunderwood.fm.
Hunter Hayes will continue as special guest performer at the concerts, a tour news release said. The announcement also said $1 from each ticket sold on the North American leg of the tour in 2013 will go to support American Red Cross disaster relief.
The current leg of the concert tour includes a concert at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 24 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Underwood rose to fame as a winner of the "American Idol" reality show competition. She since has gone on to become a country music star. Her "Blown Away" tour is ranked the No. 15 among the Top 20 most successful current concert tours, based on average box office gross per city.
Underwood also will join Brad Paisley as they co-host the Country Music Association Awards show for the fifth time at 8 p.m. Thursday on ABC. Underwood also is a nominee for CMA Female Vocalist of the Year.
