The Headwaters Park ice rink will offer free skating noon-4 p.m. Sunday for the opening day of the rink's 10th season.

The rink will be open daily through March 4. Admission prices are $3 for children 13 and under and $5 for adults and children 14 and up. Skate rentals are $2.

Every Wednesday between Nov. 28 and Feb. 27 will be a free skate day for children 13 and under thanks for grants from the Auer and Lupke foundations, Headwaters Director Geoff Paddock said in a news release.

Lincoln Financial Group is the ice rink's corporate season sponsor. The Sledd Foundation and Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne also are helping to sponsor the rink.
