Print A Fort Wayne man accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl this summer now faces felony charges.
Adam C. Meyers, 21, was charged Friday with four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
One early morning in August, the girl’s parents caught her returning home after sneaking out for the night. They confronted her and learned she had been having sex with Meyers, according to court papers.
The girl told police she met Meyers over the summer when she was 14 and that they had sex twice in August when she was 15, court papers stated.
In an interview with police, Meyers acknowledged that he knew the girl was 15 or going to be 15 when they first met, court papers said.
Meyers, of the 2100 block of Florida Drive, has not been arrested.
