Two men were in the Kosciusko County Jail on Wednesday after being arrested by undercover officers on drug charges.

The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and the Warsaw Police Department arrested the men as a result of earlier undercover controlled purchases, the sheriff's department said in a statement.

On Monday, officers arrested Samuel Effrien Alvarez, 33, of Warsaw, on preliminary charges of failure to appear, bond revocation and two body attachment warrants stemming from a previous dealing cocaine charge, police said. He was being held on $110,000 bond.

On Tuesday, Robert Braxton King, 28, of Pierceton, was arrested on preliminary charges of felony theft and felony dealing in a narcotic drug, police said. He was being held on $155,000 bond.
