Kosciusko men face drug counts

Two Kosciusko County men were arrested this week on drug-related charges, according to the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force.

Samuel Effrien Alvarez of Warsaw was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of failure to appear, bond revocation and two warrants from a previous charge of dealing cocaine. Alavarez, 33, was being held at the Kosciusko County Jail in lieu of $110,000 bail.

Robert Braxton King of Pierceton was arrested Tuesday on preliminary charges of felony theft and felony dealing in a narcotic drug with intent to deal. King, 28, was being held at the Kosciusko County Jail in lieu of $155,000 bail, according to the release.

Undercover officers from the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and the Warsaw Police Department arrested the men.
