City Utilities drive-up drop box service restored

Comments

A new City Utilities drive-up payment drop box in front of Citizens Square is now available in operation.

The drop-box on Berry Street accepts payments for City Utilities for bills, the Violations Bureau for parking tickets and sewer payments to the Allen County Regional Water and Sewer District.

City Utilities reminds customers that the payment drop box should not be used to make cash payments. Payments should be in an envelope and made by check or money order.

The box was temporarily out of service after someone broke into it.

Cash payments should be made in person at the City Utilities Customer Service Center at Citizens Square, 200 E. Berry St., 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday or the Violations Bureau on the first floor of Citizens Square or to the Allen County Regional Water and Sewer District on the garden level of Citizens Square.

Customers can also use the drop box inside Citizen Square next to Customer Service.
