The episode is called "Pork Paradise," Nick's Kitchen owner Jean Anne Bailey says. In addition to the restaurant's pork tenderloin sandwiches, the crew filmed homemade pies and milkshakes, plus talked to customers when it visited back in August.
"They were there for eight hours," Bailey says, but the clip will be only 20 minutes long.
The episode is set to air at 11 p.m. Jan. 16 on the Travel Channel.
