New Haven Mayor Terry McDonald will deliver his 2013 State of the City address on March 11 at the Orchid Reception Hall, 11508 Lincoln Highway E.

The speech will be preceded by a dinner at 5:30 p.m. Cost of the dinner is $25 per person or $175 for a table of eight. There is no charge for attending only the speech, which will begin at around 7 p.m.
