Police are looking for a missing 16-year-old Auburn boy who may be armed.
Police don't believe Alexander R. Rodecap is a threat to anyone but himself; however, they have asked Auburn schools to lock down as a precaution. Police officers have been posted at all Auburn schools.
Auburn Police and the DeKalb County Sheriff's Department are trying to find Rodecap, who is described as white, 6 feet tall, weighing 137 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen in the Auburn area at around 10:30 p.m. Monday and was wearing all-dark clothing with a dark-colored backpack.
Anyone with information about the boy or his location should call the Auburn Police Department at 1-260-920-3200.
