After visiting North Korea, former NBA star Dennis Rodman said President Obama and North Korea's Kim Jung Un should get together and talk basketball. That makes sense. After all, if you can agree on LeBron James, it's easy to find common ground on prison camps and nuclear weapons.

Rodman was the first United States citizen to be granted an audience with Kim Jung Un. He beat out the other finalist, Honey Boo Boo.

Duke basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski was upset about Virginia fans storming the court after their team beat Duke last week. Coach K says he worries someone will get hurt. Sure enough, several Duke players suffered severely bruised egos.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco reportedly agreed to a six-year, $120.6 million deal that will make him the highest-paid player in NFL history. Green Bay Packers management looked at Aaron Rodgers' expiring contract and wept uncontrollably.

Los Angeles Angels star Mike Trout refused to complain after the team renewed his contract for $510,000, slightly more than the major league minimum. And by becoming the first player not to complain about pay since 1983, Trout picked up about 510,000 new fans.

Magic Johnson offered $1 million to LeBron James or anyone who beats him in the NBA All-Star dunk contest next season. This confirmed what many people suspected: Magic Johnson has too much money.

Gonzaga earned its first No. 1 ranking in The Associated Press' men's basketball poll Monday, moving ahead of the Indiana Hoosiers. The Zags are excited to have something else in common with IU besides losing to Butler.

Major League Baseball officials will attend the World Baseball Classic games in Miami this month to research and consider the value of increasing the use of instant replay. They're still a little concerned that using more replay might interrupt the natural flow of players scratching themselves and spitting sunflower seeds.

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft says Tom Brady's new contract extension should guarantee that he retires as a Patriot. Peyton Manning thought that was really funny.
