The Television Academy is adding six new members to its Hall of Fame, including former “Seinfeld” star Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Jay Leno.

The academy’s Hall of Fame selection committee announced the list of inductees for 2014 on Monday.

Louis-Dreyfus and Leno will be joined by media magnate Rupert Murdoch, writer-producer David E. Kelley and network executive Brandon Stoddard.

Sound pioneer Ray Dolby will be inducted posthumously.

‘Bible’ sequel due

NBC is bringing viewers more of the Good Book.

The network says it will film the 12-hour miniseries “A.D.” as a follow-up to the miniseries “The Bible” that aired on the History channel this year from producers Mark Burnett and Roma Downey.

The network says “A.D.” is projected to air on NBC in spring 2015.

Singer marries

Brian Kelley of the country duo Florida Georgia Line capped off a year full of awards and broken records by marrying his girlfriend, Brittney Marie Cole, at an intimate ceremony in Nashville.

The wedding Monday was first reported by People magazine. The band’s publicist said the ceremony included just 40 guests at sunset, followed by a reception at Kelley’s 32-acre property.

Trilogy sequel

The Swedish publisher of the best-selling “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo” trilogy says it has hired an author to write a sequel to the series by Stieg Larsson, who died in 2004.

Norstedts said Tuesday it has signed a contract with “I am Zlatan” author David Lagercrantz for a new book that is scheduled to be published in August 2015.

The head of publishing at Norstedts, Eva Gedin, told The Associated Press the book will be an original work that includes nothing from the fourth book in the series that Larsson began writing but hadn’t finished when he died.
