Mayor Henry and City Council spend our money on consulting fees and nonpriority projects. Then they will ask for bonds and tax increases, to replace the squandered money that could have been used on current needed projects they know are required by law.
It's the end of 2013, and FWCS (Fort Wayne Community Schools) classified employees still don't have the raises they were promised. Funny how all other nonclassified have gotten theirs. Makes us feel unimportant.
Have you been driving by a burned-out streetlight for several months? Then call 311, because unless you call it in, nobody from the city is going to fix it. They don't send out special units on burned-out streetlight patrol. So get on the stick if you want to get it fixed.

If any law needed to be repealed, Obamacare takes first prize.
Cutting retirement for our veterans is shameful. How about starting with all lawmakers' salaries?
