Mad Ants coach to lead summer team

The D-League announced Monday the Mad Ants coach Conner Henry will coach its Select Team in the Samsung NBA Summer League, and that Mad Ants assistants Steve Gansey and Dylan Murphy will be part of Henry’s four-man staff.

In addition, three Mad Ants made the 12-man roster: D-League co-MVP Ron Howard, guard Matt Bouldin and forward Tony Mitchell.

Chris Kramer: The former Huntington North and Purdue standout guard had four points, two assists and two steals for the Houston Rockets in a 87-69 loss to the Orlando Magic.

Victor Oladipo: The former Indiana University star guard did not play (coach’s decision) for the Magic.

Frank Gaines: The former IPFW standout guard had 10 points and one assist for the Indiana Pacers in a 96-77 win over the Boston Celtics.

Sadiel Rojas: The Mad Ants’ guard had 11 points, five rebounds and two assists for the Pacers.

Mason Plumlee: The Warsaw native had 13 points, six rebounds and three assists for the Brooklyn Nets in a 98-84 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
