Eric Watt passed for two touchdowns as Trine toped Kentucky Christian 36-21 in their regular-season finale.

Trine jumped out to a 21-0 lead. Lucas Rosengarten had a 1-yard touchdown for the game’s first points. Watt threw a 19-yard touchdown to Mario Brown. Watt then completed a 59-yard touchdown pass to Paul Curtis to make it 21-0 with 2:15 left in the first half. Watt finished 6 for 12 for 142 yards and the two touchdowns.

The Thunder (9-1, 6-0 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association) scored 15 consecutive points in the third quarter.

Kent Biller had a 17-yard touchdown. A safety with 4:51 left in the quarter extended Trine’s lead to 30-7. Ryan Hargraves added a 5-yard touchdown for Trine’s last touchdown.

Trine had 159 rushing yards.

MANCHESTER 31, ANDERSON 17:  Justin Minnich threw for 205 yards and two touchdowns for the Spartans (5-5, 5-2 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference). Minnich and Adam Schell both had 63 rushing yards. Schell added a rushing touchdown.

JACKSONVILLE 36, BUTLER 7:  Josh McGregor threw three touchdown passes, sparking 36 unanswered Jacksonville points as the Dolphins cruised in Florida.

McGregor was 10 for 19 with 157 yards and rushed for 26 yards for the Dolphins (6-4, 5-2 Pioneer Football League).

Rudell Small added 103 yards and a score on 18 carries.

Butler struck first, going up 7-0 on Andrew Huck’s 7-yard pass to Dan Bohrer midway through the second quarter.

It would also be the last time the Bulldogs saw the end zone.

Huck had 220 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions for Butler (9-1, 6-1).

CAMPBELL 17, VALPARAISO 3:  Carl Smith and CJ Oates ran for a combined two touchdowns and 165 yards in Valparaiso.

The Camels (3-7, 2-5 Pioneer League) dominated the Crusaders (1-9, 0-7) in both passing and rushing, posting 450 total yards to Valparaiso’s 160.

Valpo’s only score came in the final quarter with Andrzej Skiba’s 20-yard field goal.

Campbell’s win was its first on the road this season.

FRANKLIN 42, HANOVER 28:  Daniel Passafiume has set the NCAA record for most receptions in a single game, catching 25 passes in Hanover.

Passafiume’ s 25 receptions were one more than the previous all-divisions mark shared by Jerry Rice and Chas Gessner.

Passafiume is a 5-foot-10, 175-pound sophomore from Louisville, Ky. He has 114 receptions for 1,054 yards and 14 touchdowns this season.

Rice set the previous record for Mississippi Valley State University in 1983 against Southern University. Gessner tied it in 2002 for Brown University against the University of Rhode Island.

WESTERN MICHIGAN 35, EASTERN MICHIGAN 14:  Tim Hiller threw for 275 yards and four touchdowns in Ypsilanti.

Brandon West ran 25 times for 140 yards and a score for Western Michigan (5-6, 4-3). West set an FBS record for career all-purpose yards, and has 7,626 yards with one game left in his career. He passed the mark established by Memphis’ DeAngelo Williams, now with the Carolina Panthers, who had 7,573 all-purpose yards. Eastern Michigan fell to 0-10, 0-6.
