Gov. Mike Pence rolled out his new HIP 2.0 plan Wednesday morning at Lutheran Hospital. Pence is calling the new plan Medicaid reform. It will bridge the gap for those who cannot afford an Affordable Health Care plan through an exchange but who make too much money to be covered by Medicaid.
