A dangerous curve on one of Fort Wayne's busiest streets is going to be straightened -- a project officials say will improve public safety and enhance the area near Indiana Tech's law school.

Firefighters watch as the remains of an overnight fire at an old grain mill, 13340 Main St., in Grabill. The site was used to store lumber. Wednesday morning the wreckage still burned under the watchful eye of firefighters as employees tried to salvage what they could. Passers-by came and went to stare at the wreckage and talk about how far the flames could be seen Tuesday night. The fire broke out at around 7:15 p.m. Tuesday.
