Savor Fort Wayne is here…well, almost.

Enjoy a taste of our town at a discount

Think about this.

You’re eating some rainbow trout at the Oyster Bar. Or maybe it’s the lightly smoked beef brisket which goes great with the martinis the bartenders serve up there. Or just maybe you’re carving into the roasted half chicken at Eddie Merlot’s.

Maybe you’re a taco man. Or woman. And maybe Paco’s port tacos or the killer tofu tacos at Trubble Brewing are more your style. You like burgers? The Golden has you covered with the “mcgolden.”

Is seafood your thing? Good. The Trolley Bar has your chargrilled Mahi Mahi ready. Oh, you want ethnic? Queen of Sheba, with Kitfo chicken siga kay wot has got you covered and then some.

Well, hold on. Just a little bit longer.

Savor Fort Wayne begins Wednesday.

For 12 days, 41 city restaurants will offer three-course, value-priced menus during the fourth annual event, which culminates Jan. 22.

The menus will feature specially crafted appetizers, salads, steaks, sandwiches, seafood, pasta, ethnic food and desserts. You want vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options? Those will be offered too.

Still hungry?

You know you are.

And this year, along with many of your favorites, restaurants like the Rib Room, Salud!, Main Street Bistro, Tolon and Naked Tchopstix are joining the fray. Sponsored by Visit Fort Wayne, it gives you a chance to try some of our town’s best cuisine at a cheap price.

So get ready.

And savor.
