It was a very tough time with little sleep. On Jan. 15, 1946, Marjorie married John William (Bill) Hohe in Huntington IN at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. They had 4 children Nancy (Steinhofer), Mary Lou (Beckman), Theresa Hohe and Jenny Hohe. Bill died on December 16, 2005. Marge was active in the St. Peter and Paul Parish taking on many different roles. Her role as a mother was important to her so she took her as she took on duties of room mother, helping in various school functions plus she was involved in Girl Scouts. She loved to travel! Marge and Bill traveled extensively in the States every year, plus through Europe, Asia, Canada, and the Caribbean Islands. Marge was president of the Mental Health Association of Huntington and was active in what was then called the Fort Wayne State School (which was home for people with severe disabilities), taking on personal relationship with one of the residents. In the last 8 years Marge has lived at the Heritage of Huntington, enjoying community activities, and playing cards.
