Celebrating 50 years David and Sharron Oberstar were united in marriage on June 8, 1968 at the Church of St. John the Evangelist in Lawrence, Kansas. They moved to Fort Wayne in 1971 where they raised their family, which now includes 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
