Phil and Sharon (Surface) Howard Phil A. and Sharon R. Howard were married November 19, 1955, at Plymouth Congregational Church, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The couple are the parents of daughter, Ann Howard-Suttle, and grandparents to grandson, Christian. They will celebrate the occasion with a small family dinner.
