Rebecca and Lowell Shearer Rebecca and Lowell Shearer will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on June 18. They are both retired educators, each with 40 years of service. Lowell taught German and History, and Rebecca was a teacher, principal, and associate professor. They are parents of Jennifer (a.k.a Dr. Jen), and David (Trinity). Their grandchildren are Kathryn, David Cecil, and Nigella.
