Richard (Dick) and Cecilia (Cec) Plumb Dick and Cec are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married July 23, 1966 in Decatur, Indiana. They are the proud parents of Ellie Keck, Barb (Gregory) Burton, and Susan Stephens. They have five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one in heaven. Dick retired from Tokheim and Cec is a retired orthopedic nurse.
