Dean and Janice Stoy Dean and Janice (Frederick) Stoy were married July 30, 1950 at United Methodist Church in Ashley, Ind. They have four children, Nick, Spencerville, Kelly (Carolyn), Pilot Point Texas, Eric, Grove City, Ohio, Janean (Jim) Harter, Fort Wayne. Daughters, baby Cheryl and Jackie Carl are deceased. They also have six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Dean is retired from I&M, Janice from County Auditor’s office.
