Bill and Helen Wilcox 70 years! Bill and Helen Wilcox are celebrating 70 years of marital bliss on September 7, 2016. Bill is a retired accountant from Navistar after 50 years and Helen is a retired cook from East Allen County Schools after 35 years. The celebration will include a family dinner with their son Bill Jr., daughter Joyce, and all of their granchildren and great-grandchildren.
