In her book, “The Speed of Darkness,” poet Muriel Ruckeyser wrote, “The universe is made of stories, not of atoms.” When we share personal stories with others, we immediately bring them into our world and give them an understanding of our perspective that could not be as effectively achieved with bullet points.
